"Unlimited" is a word many Patna restaurants use loosely — unlimited on two items, unlimited until the kitchen decides otherwise. At Ghoomar it means every bowl on the thali, including the sweets and the ghee, refilled for as long as you are seated. There is no cap, no time limit and no per-refill charge.
The spread runs to more than twenty-four preparations across drinks, starters, main curries, a traditional delicacy, breads, rice, sweets and accompaniments. It changes through the week as seasonal vegetables come in, but the anchors — Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Kair Sangri, Rajasthani Kadhi — are always on the plate.
