Our unlimited Rajasthani thali includes welcome drinks (Pineapple Sharbat, Raj Chhach), starters, main-course sabzis like Maharaja Paneer, Rajputana Saag, Daal Rajwadi, Jodhpuri Kadhi and Gatta, Crispy Baati with Dal, Ghoomar Special Mawa Churma, Rajasthani breads, rice, sweets, Kair Sangri, chutneys, salad and papad — with unlimited refills.

Is Ghoomar a pure-vegetarian restaurant?

Yes. Ghoomar is 100% pure vegetarian. No eggs, meat or seafood are used anywhere in the kitchen, which makes it suitable for Sawan, Navratri, satvik and religious-fasting occasions.

Do you serve Jain or no-onion-no-garlic thali?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jain thalis without onion, garlic and root vegetables are prepared on request. Please mention it while reserving — ideally a few hours ahead — so the kitchen can plan a separate preparation.

Is the thali unlimited, and is there a sharing rule?

Accepted Answer

The thali is unlimited — every course can be refilled as many times as you like at no extra cost. As it is an unlimited serving, sharing one thali between two guests is not permitted; children aged 5–10 are billed at the child price of ₹345.

How spicy is the Rajasthani food at Ghoomar?

Our thali is medium-spiced and balanced with ghee, curd and sweet dishes. Tell your server before service begins and the kitchen will send milder or spicier versions of the sabzis and chutneys.

Do you have gluten-free or millet-based options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bajra and jowar rotis, khichda moth bajri, rice, kadhi and most sabzis are wheat-free. Let us know about a gluten allergy in advance so we can guide you course by course.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Accepted Answer

Please inform us about nut, dairy or gluten allergies while booking and again on arrival. Our thali uses pure ghee and dairy extensively, so we will point out which items are safe and prepare substitutes where possible.

Do you serve Dal Baati Churma every day?

Yes. Crispy Baati with Dal and our Ghoomar Special Mawa Churma are served every single day, at both lunch and dinner, as part of the traditional Rajasthani thali.

Does the menu change daily?

Accepted Answer

The thali format stays the same while several sabzis, starters, breads and sweets rotate daily so regular guests get variety. The current day's menu is displayed on our booking page under 'View Today's Menu'.
